As Vice President of Marketing at Scaled Agile, she became a SAFe contributor, founded the SAFe Business Agility podcast, and developed the industry-leading Agile Marketing with SAFe course.

Before co-founding MarketingFrontier.ai, Jim spent 12 years at Microsoft, where he held key leadership roles, including GM of SQL Server marketing and Vice President of Server Marketing. He went on to become CEO of three tech companies—GoAhead Software, Adometry, and InDemand Interpreting—where he honed his expertise in leading teams through technological transformation.
