MELISSA REEVE

With 25 years of experience as a marketing leader, Melissa Reeve is a driving force behind the evolution of AI in marketing. As an active consumer and researcher of AI, Melissa’s focus is on how this transformative technology will impact people and processes—ensuring that AI adoption enhances, rather than disrupts, the human elements of marketing.

Before co-founding MarketingFrontier.ai, Melissa co-founded the Agile Marketing Alliance, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the future of Agile Marketing. As Vice President of Marketing at Scaled Agile, she became a SAFe contributor, founded the SAFe Business Agility podcast, and developed the industry-leading Agile Marketing with SAFe course.

Melissa’s deep expertise in both Agile and AI uniquely positions her to guide organizations through the complex landscape of AI adoption, with a focus on empowering teams and operationalizing AI.

She is currently authoring a book on AI integration in the enterprise.

JIM EWEL

Jim Ewel brings a wealth of experience as a marketing executive and AI enthusiast.

A co-author of the Agile Marketing Manifesto and co-founder of the Agile Marketing Alliance, Jim has been at the forefront of Agile Marketing for years. His groundbreaking book, The Six Disciplines of Agile Marketing, has become a must-read for marketers looking to adopt Agile principles.

Before co-founding MarketingFrontier.ai, Jim spent 12 years at Microsoft, where he held key leadership roles, including GM of SQL Server marketing and Vice President of Server Marketing. He went on to become CEO of three tech companies—GoAhead Software, Adometry, and InDemand Interpreting—where he honed his expertise in leading teams through technological transformation.

Jim’s deep understanding of both marketing and technology makes him a natural leader in the AI marketing space, helping organizations navigate the challenges and opportunities that AI presents.
